Does anybody understand what is going on? It does not look for me as some attack or it is very selective attack: the site is available (read only), one can read all previous publishings and comments, and only user's active elements are disabled (with additional redirection to start page for personal messages). If it is not an action from Mark (God's punishment for our sins :=)), some very technically strong "svoloch'" worked (still works?) here.

It is all up to system administration of the provider. If any... Looks like some plugin(s) are missing, or failed. There is practically no chance to revoke the site from outside. I strongly recommend to everybody to peek and save somewhere any material, that seems to be interesting.

If so, it might be a good idea to make (in advance) a backup copy of the whole site, to make in the future a nice souvenir of the historical epoch, that ends in our eyes. :=(( Also, let us think all together, how to live further.
